Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and experienced Academic Program Administrator to join our fully remote team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a critical role in the successful development, implementation, and ongoing management of our diverse academic programs. As an Academic Program Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and high quality of our educational offerings, supporting both internal teams and external partners. In this remote capacity, you will be entrusted with a broad spectrum of responsibilities, requiring excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will act as the central point of contact for various program stakeholders, including faculty, students, and institutional partners, facilitating effective communication and coordination across all program stages. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned academic programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Coordinate and liaise with faculty, instructors, students, and external partners to ensure seamless program delivery and satisfaction.
  • Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive program documentation, handbooks, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee program budgets, track expenses, and manage resource allocation efficiently.
  • Facilitate and schedule remote meetings, webinars, and virtual workshops, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
  • Provide administrative support for student admissions, registration, onboarding, and progression processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant academic standards, institutional policies, and accreditation requirements.
  • Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other digital platforms to support program content delivery and student engagement.
  • Generate reports on program performance, student outcomes, and operational metrics for leadership review.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, providing excellent service to all program stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in academic administration or program management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with project management software and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise correspondence.
  • Strong organizational skills and an impeccable attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with database management and data reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, or a related discipline.
