Career.zycto is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Part-Time Access Control Assistant to join our security team in Triunfo, Maputo. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems.
- Issue, activate, and deactivate access cards and visitor passes following established procedures.
- Verify identity and authorization for all individuals entering and exiting the premises.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all access activities, incidents, and visitor information.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of designated areas to ensure security and report any irregularities.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, security breaches, and emergency situations.
- Provide clear and professional assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors regarding access procedures.
- Report any suspicious activities or security concerns to the appropriate management.
- Operate security equipment and perform routine checks to ensure functionality.
- Assist in the enforcement of company security policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a security or customer service role.
- Proficiency in using access control software and CCTV monitoring systems.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
