Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate access control systems, including CCTV for surveillance.
- Verify identification and authorize entry for employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Issue and manage visitor badges and temporary access credentials accurately.
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to ensure security integrity and identify potential risks.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all access activities, incidents, and shift reports.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, security breaches, or emergency situations.
- Provide clear, professional, and courteous assistance to visitors and staff.
- Enforce company and client security policies and procedures diligently.
- Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or system malfunctions immediately to supervisors.
- Assist with security equipment checks and basic maintenance as required.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent observational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Portuguese and basic proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a security team.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry, system monitoring, and report generation.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
