Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of access control systems, including card readers, biometric devices, and electronic locks.
- Monitor security cameras and access control panels, promptly reporting any anomalies or suspicious activities.
- Issue and manage access cards and credentials for employees, visitors, and contractors, ensuring proper authorization.
- Maintain accurate records of access events, security incidents, and system maintenance activities.
- Provide front-line support for users experiencing access control issues, guiding them through procedures or troubleshooting basic problems.
- Conduct routine checks of access points to ensure they are functioning correctly and are compliant with security protocols.
- Assist in responding to security alarms and incidents, following established procedures to secure premises.
- Collaborate with the broader security team to enhance overall site security and operational efficiency.
