Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with a designated portfolio of corporate accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requirements promptly and effectively.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth and solution adoption.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client business objectives and challenges, proposing tailored telecommunications and ICT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and adherence to company guidelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new product development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills
- Proven experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably within the telecommunications or ICT industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
