Career.zycto is on the lookout for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive with a strong focus on client relationships to join our dynamic team in Wooton, Vacoas-Phoenix. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in nurturing existing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and strategically expanding our footprint within the vibrant Mauritian market. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding Career.zycto's client base within target industries.
  • Understand client's recruitment needs and challenges, crafting customized talent acquisition solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful client engagement and service delivery.
  • Provide regular market feedback and insights to contribute to business development strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to represent Career.zycto and foster connections.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales, preferably in a B2B context.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in English and French.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience in the recruitment, HR, or professional services industry.
  • Existing network within the Mauritian business community.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment methodologies and tools.
