Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Handle data entry for general ledger accounts with precision.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial matters.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar financial role.
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, DATEV, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
