Key Responsibilities
- Process and apply daily cash receipts, ensuring accuracy and proper coding.
- Prepare and send out customer invoices, statements, and payment reminders.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue accounts via phone and email.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes and payment inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the accounting system.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable.
- Generate ad-hoc reports for management as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements within the accounts receivable function.

Required Skills
