Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute a diverse calendar of engaging activities, workshops, and events.
- Lead and mentor a team of activities coordinators, ensuring high-quality program delivery.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to enhance program offerings.
- Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations and accessibility standards.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
- Research and integrate historical and cultural themes relevant to the Edinburgh Castle area.
- Promote activities through various channels and contribute to marketing efforts.
