Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.) and PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads) strategies for multiple clients.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform campaign structure.
- Manage daily campaign performance, including bid management, budget allocation, ad copy optimization, and landing page testing.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, derive actionable insights, and optimize performance towards key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients, offering strategic recommendations and demonstrating ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling ad creatives and engaging copy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid digital advertising.
- Manage client communication, ensuring transparency, setting clear expectations, and building strong relationships.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice development within the marketing team.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing significant paid social and PPC campaigns.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for client interaction and internal reporting.
- Demonstrable understanding of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Shopping).
- Experience with other ad platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or Pinterest Ads.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Previous agency experience managing diverse client portfolios.
