In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing all paid social media and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising efforts to drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and ultimately support our ambitious growth objectives. You will manage budgets, conduct thorough keyword research, develop engaging ad copy, and continuously analyze performance metrics to ensure maximum effectiveness across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid social media and PPC advertising strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform campaign structure.
  • Create, optimize, and manage campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and potentially TikTok/X.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance, providing detailed analysis and actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend and performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • A/B test ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to ensure ad creatives are engaging, on-brand, and optimized for performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital advertising and competitor activities.
  • Generate regular, comprehensive performance reports for key stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and future recommendations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing substantial budgets in paid social media and PPC advertising.
  • Proven expertise with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Strong understanding of advertising analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio) for data interpretation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for compelling ad copy creation, internal collaboration, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience with other ad platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or X Ads.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead tracking and integration with marketing efforts.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they integrate effectively with PPC strategies.
  • Previous experience working within the recruitment or B2B services industry.
