Job Description
Career.zycto is on the lookout for a highly skilled and results-driven Ad Manager – Social Media & PPC to join our vibrant team in Streatham, London. This pivotal role involves leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of our clients’ paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok) and search engines (Google Ads, Bing Ads). You will be instrumental in translating client objectives into actionable paid media strategies, ensuring maximum ROI and achieving key performance indicators. As our Ad Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of paid advertising campaigns, from initial research and audience segmentation to creative testing, bid management, budget allocation, and in-depth performance analysis. You’ll stay abreast of the latest industry trends, platform updates, and algorithmic changes to keep our strategies cutting-edge and competitive. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Manage daily bid optimizations, budget allocation, and performance monitoring to ensure campaigns meet and exceed client KPIs.
- Create compelling ad copy and work with designers to develop engaging ad creatives, conducting A/B testing for continuous improvement.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC and social media advertising trends, platform features, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, creative) to ensure a holistic and integrated digital marketing approach.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates, performance reviews, and strategic guidance.
- Manage and reconcile advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI.
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within existing and new campaigns.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (4+ years) managing successful paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Demonstrable expertise in keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategies, and budget management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tracking and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly to clients.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and content marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic agency environment.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Measurement).
- Experience with other ad platforms such as Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, or Pinterest Ads.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Experience managing advertising budgets exceeding £50,000 per month.
- Agency experience is a significant plus.
