We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Ad Manager – Social Media & PPC to join our thriving team in Harrogate. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive PPC and paid social media advertising strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and expansion.
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximum return on investment (ROI) for clients.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features across advertising platforms.
  • Effectively communicate campaign performance, strategies, and results to clients and internal stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to best practices and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in managing significant PPC and paid social media campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other web analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex strategies clearly.
  • Advanced understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
  • Demonstrable experience with budget management and performance forecasting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, Measurement).
  • Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience with other ad platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or Pinterest Ads.
  • Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
