As our Ad Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid advertising campaigns, from initial strategy development and budget allocation to campaign execution, performance monitoring, and detailed reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
- Write compelling ad copy and develop creative briefs for visual assets.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide detailed reports on key metrics (ROI, CPA, CTR, etc.).
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid management, and budget allocation to maximize effectiveness.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spend and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and platform changes in digital advertising.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and client services teams to ensure integrated campaign strategies.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on performance data and market insights.
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and guidelines.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Ad Manager or similar role in Social Media and PPC.
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
- Strong proficiency in social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Demonstrable experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
