Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients in navigating available community resources, including housing, employment, and healthcare services.

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Offer crisis intervention support and de-escalation techniques when necessary, under supervision.
- Promote healthy coping mechanisms and life skills through education and practical guidance.
