Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organise physical and electronic files and records efficiently.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using various software applications.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure office equipment is functional.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate information in company databases and CRM systems.
  • Support HR and recruitment activities, including onboarding new staff and managing candidate documentation.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them appropriately.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and professional office environment.
  • Undertake special projects and provide ad-hoc administrative support as required by management.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the UK or meet visa sponsorship criteria.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A-Levels or equivalent vocational qualification in Business Administration.
