Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the proper functioning and maintenance of office equipment, coordinating repairs and services.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as required.
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, distributing them appropriately.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by management.
- Assist in the coordination of office events and team-building activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation in coordination with the finance department.
