Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including booking venues and preparing materials.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Support HR functions with new employee onboarding documentation and record-keeping.
- Facilitate internal communication and information flow between departments.
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role.
