Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring efficient retrieval of information.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and postal mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff members as required.
  • Assist with office supply inventory management, procurement, and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Facilitate smooth communication flow between departments, external stakeholders, and clients.
  • Support various projects and initiatives as assigned, performing research and compiling data when necessary.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
