Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, including booking venues and arranging refreshments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organise and maintain office systems, including filing, data management, and procurement of office supplies.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries for team members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing queries appropriately.
  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and various departments, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal and external queries, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sesotho
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to multitask
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
