Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and other clerical materials with high accuracy.

Required Skills
