Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to provide remote assistance to our various departments, operating entirely from your home office in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize digital files and documents, ensuring proper categorization and accessibility.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various databases and systems.

- Prepare, proofread, and format various documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming communications (emails, virtual calls) and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

- Provide general administrative support to multiple departments and project teams.
