We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Coconut Creek office. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all administrative and operational functions of the Coconut Creek office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or in a similar leadership administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
