Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the comprehensive setup for new employees, including workstations, IT equipment, access, and welcome kits.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory, procurement, and ensure efficient stock levels are maintained.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with various office vendors (e.g., cleaning services, catering, equipment maintenance).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for office-related issues, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for facilities and minor IT concerns.
  • Maintain the overall organization, cleanliness, and functionality of the office space, including common areas and meeting rooms.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance office efficiency, comfort, and safety.
  • Assist with general administrative duties such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting as needed.
  • Support special projects aimed at improving the office environment and employee experience.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in office administration, executive support, or a similar operational role.
