Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings and events across various time zones for multiple stakeholders.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems, databases, and records with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.

- Assist with project coordination, tracking progress, monitoring deadlines, and preparing status updates for leadership and project teams.

- Manage virtual office supplies and equipment requisitions, ensuring remote team members have necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.

Required Skills
