Wild Horizons, a leading adventure tourism company in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, is seeking a talented and strategic Remote Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our global team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive bookings and brand awareness.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-quality affiliate partners across relevant industries (travel, lifestyle, adventure, etc.).
- Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, including commission structures and performance incentives.
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports on key metrics (e.g., traffic, conversions, ROI).
- Optimize existing affiliate programs and campaigns for maximum effectiveness and profitability.
- Cultivate strong relationships with affiliates, providing them with necessary tools, resources, and support.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in affiliate marketing.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of affiliate initiatives with overall business goals.
- Manage the affiliate marketing budget and ensure campaigns are executed within financial guidelines.
- Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies and relevant advertising regulations.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the travel or e-commerce sector.
- Proven track record of managing and growing successful affiliate programs.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Impact Radius, PartnerStack).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Knowledge of the tourism and hospitality industry, especially adventure travel.
