Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners across various niches and geographies.
- Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates to maximize performance and engagement.
- Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and promotional opportunities with affiliates.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Continuously optimize campaigns, landing pages, and creatives to improve conversion rates and profitability.
- Ensure brand consistency, compliance with guidelines, and adherence to legal requirements across all affiliate channels.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the affiliate marketing landscape.
- Manage affiliate marketing budgets, forecast performance, and allocate resources effectively to achieve targets.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in affiliate marketing, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Deep knowledge of performance marketing metrics and KPIs (e.g., CPA, CPL, ROI, LTV).
