No prior experience is required – what we value most is your genuine passion for working with children, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment.
As an After School Club Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supervising and engaging children aged 5-11 years in a variety of enriching activities after their school day concludes. This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to inspire, guide, and have fun alongside young people as they explore new interests, develop social skills, and unwind in a supportive setting. We understand that everyone starts somewhere, and we are dedicated to providing comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship to ensure your success. You will work closely with experienced club leaders and fellow assistants, learning best practices in child supervision, activity planning, and positive behaviour management. This part-time role offers flexible hours, typically spanning the afternoon to early evening, making it ideal for students, parents, or anyone looking to supplement their income while pursuing a rewarding career.
