Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and lead engaging, age-appropriate after-school activities, including academic support, arts & crafts, sports, and recreational games.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by maintaining a secure and supervised environment in compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere that promotes respect, teamwork, and healthy social development among students.
- Assist in managing program logistics, including attendance tracking, snack distribution, and facility upkeep.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding program activities, student progress, and any concerns.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to continually improve program content and delivery.
- Handle minor behavioral issues with patience and consistent application of program guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain necessary program documentation and records.
Required Skills

- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
