Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives under guidance.
- Assist in the preparation and refinement of product backlog items and sprint planning.
- Help identify, track, and remove impediments to team progress.
- Monitor and report on project status, metrics, and progress to stakeholders.
- Promote and advocate for Agile principles and best practices within the team.
- Support cross-functional teams in achieving sprint goals and overall project objectives.
- Maintain clear and concise project documentation, including sprint backlogs and burndown charts.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment.
