Key Responsibilities

- Participate in planting, cultivating, and harvesting various crops.
- Monitor crop health, identify pests and diseases, and apply appropriate treatments under supervision.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Perform general farm duties, including fencing, field maintenance, and irrigation tasks.
- Support livestock care where applicable, including feeding, cleaning, and health monitoring (if relevant to the specific farm).
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and agricultural best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of farm activities, crop yields, and resource usage.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
