Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops following established procedures.
  • Monitor crop health, identifying signs of pests, diseases, or nutritional deficiencies, and report findings to senior technicians.
  • Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and tools safely and effectively (e.g., mowers, tillers, hand tools).
  • Perform general farm maintenance duties, including irrigation system checks, weeding, and facility upkeep.
  • Collect and prepare soil, water, and plant samples for laboratory analysis.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, observations, and data collection.
  • Support inventory management of supplies, seeds, fertilizers, and equipment.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong passion for agriculture and outdoor work.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
