Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Data Labeler & Tech Support Specialist to join our innovative team in Karen, Nairobi. This dual-role position is critical to the success of our artificial intelligence projects, ensuring both the quality of our training data and the seamless operation of our labeling tools. As an AI Data Labeler, you will be responsible for meticulously annotating, categorizing, and validating diverse datasets, including images, text, audio, and video, following intricate guidelines. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and consistently annotate and categorize various data types (images, text, audio, video) according to detailed project guidelines.
- Perform thorough quality assurance checks on labeled data to ensure high standards of accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Provide front-line technical support to internal and external data labelers, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues related to labeling tools and platforms.
- Document common technical issues, solutions, and FAQs to build a comprehensive knowledge base for users.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to refine annotation guidelines, provide feedback on tool functionality, and improve data quality.
- Assist in the testing and evaluation of new data labeling tools, features, and workflows.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data labeling processes to enhance efficiency and output.
- Adhere strictly to data confidentiality and security protocols at all times.
- Analyze data trends and identify areas for process optimization or training enhancements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in data entry, data annotation, or quality assurance.
