Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage various AI data labeling projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain detailed data labeling guidelines and instructions for diverse datasets.
  • Onboard, train, and provide ongoing support to a team of data labelers, ensuring consistent understanding and application of guidelines.
  • Perform quality assurance checks and audits on labeled data, identifying discrepancies and providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to understand project requirements and address labeling challenges.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on labeling metrics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data labeling tools, platforms, and processes.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data labeling operations.

Required Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in data labeling, annotation, or quality assurance, preferably in an AI/ML context.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex instructions clearly.
  • Proficiency with various data annotation tools and platforms (e.g., Labelbox, Prodigy, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
  • A proactive problem-solver with an analytical mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in project coordination or team leadership, particularly in a data-centric environment.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience working with large datasets and diverse data types (text, image, audio, video).
