Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation to prepare datasets for model training.
- Research, evaluate, and implement state-of-the-art AI and machine learning techniques.
- Optimize AI models for performance, efficiency, and scalability in production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define project requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
- Conduct rigorous model evaluation, validation, and A/B testing to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, applying relevant innovations to projects.
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and the continuous improvement of our AI development lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Extensive experience with at least one major deep learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, ensemble methods).
