Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models.
- Build and optimize scalable data pipelines for AI applications, ensuring data quality and availability.
- Collaborate closely with product management, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Conduct thorough research into state-of-the-art AI techniques and apply them to solve business challenges.
- Evaluate and fine-tune model performance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for models, algorithms, and system architectures.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and promote best engineering practices.
- Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
