Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models from conception through to deployment, with a particular emphasis on training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for automated model training, versioning, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI solutions.
- Perform rigorous model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and performance analysis to ensure high accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation strategies to optimize model performance.
- Research and integrate new AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and best practices into our existing systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug production AI systems, ensuring their stability and performance.
- Document technical designs, processes, and results clearly and comprehensively.
- Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with MLOps principles and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid experience in building and managing data pipelines for machine learning workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their ML services.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
