Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate AI Engineer with a strong focus on model training and automation to join a forward-thinking team. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and deploying robust machine learning models and creating efficient, scalable MLOps pipelines. You will be instrumental in automating the entire lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion and training to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for various applications using state-of-the-art techniques.
- Implement and manage end-to-end MLOps pipelines for automated model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists to translate research prototypes into production-ready AI systems.
- Develop tools and frameworks to streamline model development, testing, and evaluation processes.
- Monitor model performance in production, diagnose issues, and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of AI systems and infrastructure.
- Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance existing solutions.
- Document technical designs, processes, and operational procedures for clarity and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python and its scientific computing stack (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data structures.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and platforms (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Sagemaker, Azure ML).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying and managing ML workloads.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
