Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges.
- Build and optimize robust data pipelines for training, validation, and deployment of AI models.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define AI project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Deploy and manage AI models in production environments, monitoring their performance and ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Conduct thorough research and experimentation to identify and evaluate new AI technologies, methodologies, and tools.
- Perform data analysis and visualization to extract insights and inform model development.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and adhere to best practices for MLOps.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning research.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model performance, data integrity, and system integrations.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing AI services.
- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD, and model monitoring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
