Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine prompts for various Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve specific, high-quality outputs.
- Conduct extensive testing and evaluation of prompt effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and iteration.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and product managers to understand project requirements and integrate prompt engineering solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for prompt designs, best practices, and performance metrics.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in LLM technology, prompt engineering techniques, and NLP research.
- Analyze model responses for accuracy, relevance, and consistency, making data-driven adjustments to prompts.
- Optimize prompt strategies to minimize model hallucinations, bias, and undesired outputs.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools and frameworks to streamline prompt creation and management.
- Provide expert guidance on prompt engineering principles to cross-functional teams.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI/ML roles.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their underlying architectures.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Demonstrated ability to design, test, and optimize prompts for various applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
