Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement novel AI/Machine Learning algorithms and models to address complex business problems.
- Conduct rigorous research, experimentation, and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and optimize model performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate research prototypes into scalable production systems.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning research, identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Contribute to internal and external publications, technical reports, and patent applications.
- Present research findings to internal stakeholders and external scientific communities.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.
Required Skills
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience (post-PhD or Master's) in AI/ML research or applied roles.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, with strong proficiency in scientific computing libraries (e.g., NumPy, SciPy, Pandas).
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Demonstrated understanding of machine learning principles, statistical modeling, and data structures.
- Proven ability to conduct independent research, analyze complex datasets, and present findings effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
