As an Airport Check-In Agent, you will be the first point of contact for passengers, setting the tone for their entire travel experience. Key Responsibilities
- Greet passengers warmly, verifying travel documents and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Process passenger bookings, assign seats, and issue boarding passes accurately and efficiently.
- Handle luggage, ensuring compliance with weight and size restrictions, and tagging correctly.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, gates, and general airport services.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, passengers with reduced mobility, and those requiring special assistance.
- Address passenger inquiries, concerns, and resolve minor issues professionally and courteously.
- Operate check-in systems and equipment, adhering to all airline and airport regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with ground staff, security, and airline personnel to ensure timely departures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and security procedures.
- Handle irregular operations such as flight delays, cancellations, or diversions with clear communication and passenger support.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and French (Creole is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive passenger information.
- Proven ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly.

Preferred Qualifications
