Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with special needs, including those requiring wheelchair assistance or unaccompanied minors.
  • Resolve passenger complaints and issues efficiently and courteously, escalating when necessary.
  • Manage boarding processes, ensuring timely departure and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Handle lost or damaged baggage claims and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
  • Operate airport equipment such as common-use self-service kiosks and gate systems.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the airport and airline partners positively.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety and security regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
