Key Responsibilities
- Greet passengers warmly and provide accurate information regarding flights, gates, and airport facilities.
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling queries, and boarding passes.
- Address passenger inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Announce flight information, delays, and boarding calls clearly and professionally.
- Help passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and those requiring mobility assistance.
- Monitor gate areas and assist with the boarding and de-boarding processes.
- Adhere strictly to all airport security regulations and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with airline staff, ground handlers, and security personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (Mauritian Creole is a strong plus).
