Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers at boarding gates, verifying travel documents and ensuring a smooth, timely boarding process.
- Handle baggage efficiently, including loading and unloading luggage from aircraft holds, ensuring proper weight distribution and security procedures are followed.
- Operate various ground support equipment (e.g., baggage tugs, belt loaders, pushback tractors) safely and effectively after receiving appropriate training.
- Perform visual inspections of aircraft prior to arrival/departure to identify any potential issues and report them promptly.
- Communicate effectively with flight crews, control towers, and other ground personnel to ensure coordinated operations.
- Respond to passenger inquiries and provide assistance with a professional and courteous demeanor, including managing special assistance needs.
- Adhere strictly to all aviation safety regulations, security protocols, and company procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain a high standard of operational efficiency and customer service.
- Assist with de-icing procedures or other weather-related tasks as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including gates and baggage handling zones.

- Strong physical fitness and ability to lift heavy luggage (up to 23kg) repeatedly.
