Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data and operational excellence? Do you thrive in an environment where your analytical insights directly contribute to business efficiency and strategic decision-making? TD Bank Group is seeking a highly motivated Analytics Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Metrotown, Burnaby. In this pivotal full-time role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between raw data and actionable business strategies, ensuring the smooth operation of our analytical processes and systems.

As an Analytics Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the flow of data, from collection and processing to reporting and visualization. You will be the linchpin that ensures our analytics infrastructure runs seamlessly, supporting various business units across the bank. This involves a blend of technical acumen, process management, and strong communication skills. You will work closely with data scientists, business analysts, IT professionals, and line-of-business managers, translating complex analytical requirements into operational realities and ensuring data quality and integrity from source to dashboard.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring analytical dashboards for performance and accuracy, troubleshooting data discrepancies, and collaborating with data engineers to resolve underlying issues. A key part of your role will involve automating routine reporting tasks, developing robust data validation checks, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for our data processes and operational procedures. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance existing operational workflows, implementing best practices for data governance, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, particularly within the highly regulated financial services industry. This role is perfect for someone who is not only proficient in data tools and methodologies but also possesses a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for improving efficiency, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of data integrity.

You will contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our analytics platforms, ensuring that they are reliable, scalable, and responsive to the evolving needs of the business. This includes managing user access, supporting system upgrades, and providing training and support to end-users on various analytical tools and reports. Your ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in fostering a data-driven culture across the organization. You will also assist in managing project timelines and deliverables related to analytical initiatives, ensuring that operational aspects are well-planned and executed.

At TD, we believe in fostering a collaborative and innovative environment where every team member is empowered to make an impact. You will be given opportunities to contribute to significant projects, learn new technologies, and grow your career within a leading global financial institution that is committed to diversity, inclusion, and community engagement. If you are ready to apply your analytical skills in a fast-paced, high-impact setting and contribute to a culture that values customer focus, integrity, and continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply and help shape the future of banking analytics at TD.
