Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from various databases and data sources.
- Prepare, generate, and distribute recurring daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports, performing quality checks and validation processes.
- Support senior analysts in ad-hoc data requests and deep-dive analyses as needed.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of reporting templates and processes to enhance efficiency and clarity.
- Visualize data effectively using charts, graphs, and other visual aids to communicate insights clearly.
- Maintain organized documentation of data sources, report specifications, and reporting procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify and escalate data discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Stay updated on industry best practices for data reporting and analytics tools.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
- Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction and querying.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
