Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports using various data sources and reporting tools.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks to ensure data readiness for reporting.
- Conduct thorough data quality checks and validation processes to maintain the integrity and reliability of all reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective report designs.
- Automate existing reports and develop new reporting solutions to enhance efficiency and provide deeper insights.
- Monitor reporting dashboards and identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain and update reporting documentation, including data dictionaries, report specifications, and process flows.
- Assist in troubleshooting reporting issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize operational disruptions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and methodologies.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and data analysis as requested by management or other departments.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
