Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on a wide range of household and commercial appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, dishwashers, dryers).
- Perform efficient, lasting, and safe repairs following manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
- Order and manage necessary parts, ensuring timely completion of repairs and inventory accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service, clearly explaining findings, recommended repairs, and preventative maintenance tips.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service calls, repairs performed, and parts used through our digital system.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company standards during service calls and while handling tools and equipment.
- Ensure the company service vehicle is well-stocked, organized, and maintained to professional standards.
- Stay updated on new appliance technologies, repair techniques, and industry trends through continuous learning and company-provided training.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in appliance repair (minimum 2 years).
- Strong diagnostic, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities for complex technical problems.
- Proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools relevant to appliance repair.
- Excellent understanding of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems as they relate to household appliances.
- Valid German driver's license (Class B or equivalent).
