Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to clients on the implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of our software applications.
- Act as a primary technical liaison between clients and internal development/product teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and feedback.
- Design and configure application solutions to meet specific client business needs and technical specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of applications to ensure functionality, performance, and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and deliver technical training and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of implementation plans, project timelines, and technical specifications.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with engineering teams as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes based on client feedback and industry best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Application Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar client-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and application architecture.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
